Harley is one cool dude and one of my favorite characters. When I first created him he had wild hair. But after viewing snapshots of him, his complexion looked too pale so I repainted him.  Not wanting to mess with the hair again, I just left him bald. He looked better...he looked good....he looked...kinda like ME.   Harley loves motorcycles and rock and roll.  He's also my mentor on coolness.
